How are perishable items shipped?
All perishable products are packed with gel ice packs in insulated containers and shipped via overnight delivery to ensure freshness upon arrival.
Do you ship internationally?

Products
How should I store caviar?
Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator (32–38°F / 0–3°C). Once opened, caviar is best consumed within 2–3 days. Keep the tin sealed with the original lid or plastic wrap when not serving.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product. Unopened caviar tins typically last 4–6 weeks when properly refrigerated. Check individual product pages for specific storage guidelines.
