At Bemka, we take the utmost care to ensure your perishable gourmet products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@bemka.com.
All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any claims regarding damaged or compromised products must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Please retain all original packaging and keep ice packs frozen until any issue is resolved.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue — whether through a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Non-perishable items (accessories, gift sets, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, refunds cannot be granted for shipments delayed by the carrier that are outside our control. If your tracking shows a delay, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us for further assistance.
