This Champagne vinegar comes from the region of Champagne Ardennes in the north-east of France. It is made from the sediment of Champagne and aged in oak barrels.
Small, funnel-shaped mushrooms. Pale gold to brown in color. Delicate peppery flavor with a sweet aroma reminiscent of apricots Chanterelles grow in many areas of North America, but are most numerous on the West Coast.
