Maille has used its 250 years of expertise in vinegar to select and import from Spain this unique Reserve Sherry Vinegar, aged 2 years minimum in Wood Barrel.
The fruitiness of ripe olives is clearly identifiable in the nose and mouth with a great diversity of secondary aromas, above all apple and banana.
Dried Lobster Mushrooms are derived from its coloring that is similar to a lobster with the burnt orange outside and white inner meat. Lobster mushrooms are found wherever russula and lactarius mushrooms are grown.
Our Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms are gathered in the wild specifically for us, and then gently dried to preserve their delicate flavor. They have a delicious flavor backed with mild peppery notes and a notably sweet aroma, often described as fruity and reminiscent of apricots.
