Dried Lobster Mushrooms are orange in color, the name for this variety of mushroom is derived from its coloring that is similar to a lobster with the burnt orange outside and white inner meat.
They are a very mild tasting mushroom, yet they have a meaty texture. Add to stir fry, soups, meat dishes, poultry, fish, etc. They are excellent sautéed with butter and garlic.
This Champagne vinegar comes from the region of Champagne Ardennes in the north-east of France. It is made from the sediment of Champagne and aged in oak barrels.
