I have been a regular customer for several years and am a huge fan of their imported caviar. My orders had always arrived promptly and in perfect condition. For my most recent order, however, arrives late due to an issue with the carrier and unfortunately my perishable caviar arrived warm. I contacted Bemka to apprise them of the situation. To my pleasant surprise, they sent a duplicate replacement order at no charge to me, even though the shipping delay was not their fault. Very high quality product and amazing customer service. Purchased caviar and oils as a gift, it had been delayed over the weekend by the shipping company and clearly sat in the truck over the weekend, unrefrigerated. It arrived leaking and clearly no longer able to be consumed. Upon contacting the company, they sent out the same order, it arrived next day perfectly fine and ready to eat. Customer service is above and beyond. Highly recommend and will certainly buy from again.
They did well but FedEx didn't get it here till a day late... waiting for a response from customer service. Paid $35 for shipping it should have arrived when it was supposed to. Will have to see their response to my direct feedback to comment with more facts. Past experiences have all been very good these guys are my go to for caviar!

I have been a customer for many years. During the Holidays I always order 7 oz. of Paddlefish Caviar. It has always come fresh and refrigerated and delicious. This year the delivery was interrupted by a severe snow storm in Maine. I was notified by Bemka of a delay in delivery and a fresh shipment was sent to me. It was wonderful.

To be honest, I started coming here instead of Markys because of their affordable foie gras morsels you can purchase at this location which went off the market at Markys. Now I also order a few other things here such as their duck breast, pate, and caviar. Everything we have received so far has amazing quality and flavor. I placed a large order to be delivered the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It did not arrive and I noticed it appeared to be lost by FedEx in Memphis. I called Bemka around 3:30 and explained my/their problem. They went above and beyond to repackage and get my shipment to Fedex (again) even though their policy to to ship orders taken after 3 Pm the next day. I did receive the new order next day and they now have a new customer for life!

The caviar was outstanding and the service exceptional. Because of a weather emergency, my order arrived with the ice packs melted and the caviar hot. I emailed the company and within 48 hours a replacement order arrived at my home. I appreciate that kind of swift service.

Overall a good experience and the caviar was delicious but it all got off to a rocky start. I ordered the hackleback, alaskan salmon roe and wild whitefish roe. The package was sent with overnight service and they shared tracking info with me. The package got delayed for over a day. By the time it got to me the gel packs were thawed and warm (78F) and so was the caviar. Before it arrived I reached out to them to express my concern over the shipping delay. They assured me they package the product to last 48 hours in transit. My package definitely wasn't packed well. Only two gel packs sitting on top of the caviar jars with nothing but styrofoam under them. As soon as it arrived I reached out to them again to let them know I wasn't happy with the condition of my order, and I sent them photos and a video of me opening the package. They never replied to me through email, but I almost immediately received new tracking info for another package. They fully replaced my order and the new package arrived within 24 hours of shipment. It had 4 gel packs surrounding the caviar this time and they were still 50% frozen and the caviar was cold. I think it's awesome they stand behind their freshness guarantee, and sent a new shipment to me without question. Will order again.

As a Russian who appreciates caviar having had it many years ago as a little girl - I find the products from Bemka OUTSTANDING. There's so much incredible variety if you want the absolute "real thing" or if you want something that's a bit less expensive but tastes incredible - try the American version. I love all the other luxury products as well. Everything arrives fresh, delicious, beautifully and thoughtfully packaged and the best part - the customer service is just as amazing as the caviar. I have someone who alerts me personally of special promotions; reminds me when it's time to send something to my mom... I can't say enough good things about this place. Went to location when in south Florida. Then luckily I got an email here at my home in so California. Ordered immediately and loved their products. I reordered after and tried different products. Delivery was timely and products received were exactly as ordered. Bemka was especially helpful outlining shipping and what other products to try. They have more than I knew. Ossetra Caviar was a wonderful addition to our holiday small gathering. The quality, shipping and customer service was perfect. No complaints - but the shipping costs are high, yet you are getting the freshest caviar available - fresher than what's been sitting on the shelf at your local gourmet store.

I ordered quail legs and a few types of truffle sausage. Sooooo good. The quail legs were very nicely frenched. Everything was packaged nicely. There was a small problem with one of the amounts, but the friendly staff fixed it right away. I would order again in a heartbeat.

Placed my order on Wednesday, the roe was received Friday with proper packaging and very cold. The wasabi tobiko was fresh tasting and better than most local sushi restaurants serve. We topped raw oysters with a slice of tuna sashimi, seaweed salad, a cold saki crème fraiche, and wasabi tobiko. Would definitely recommend.

Product is good - items are packed with shipping peanuts which get everywhere even with products contained in another box inside the shipping box. Just wish they would pack with paper or something less messy.

Excellent product freshness! We received a timely delivery one day before New Year's Eve with no delay. I purchased both the Russian Crown Osetra and Siberian Royal Osetra. We started out champagne toast with the Russian Osetra which had a very fine delicate flavor and finished with the Siberian Osetra which had a bit more of a rich oceanic mineral flavor. Both were delicious!!

BOSS Blue Swimming Crab Claw meat was fabulous in a salad (another Puck recipe), and we are eagerly anticipating enjoying our Scottish Smoked Salmon topped with Lumpfish caviar. They have great tasting black garlic cloves. Remember to keep refrigerated. Saute 6 or 8, sliced in half, in butter and add to sauteed flounder fillets for a fabulous meal.

excellent kaluga caviar, firm light co[ored spheres, not salty but milder than the american sturgeon caviar that I've had. All enjoyed it and would buy again
